JOLLY

The JOLLY is a fully automated ring wrapper, designed for fast and efficient stretch wrapping of multiple sized pallets.

The mechanical pre-stretch system is designed to use the least amount of film whilst uniformly and consistently conforming to the package sizes. This designed has removed sliding contacts, transmission belts, buffer batteries and on-board energy to minimise wear and tear of moving parts. Simplicity of operation makes maintenance much easier and reduces downtime to less than 10 minutes.

JOLLY maximises return on investment with functionality, performance and it’s single drive motor further reducing energy costs. Additional benefits include operator safety, enhanced wrapping quality, speed and precision of the packaging.
