Motoman MH6 robot

Our client at Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd needed help to manufacture their revolutionary new “green” fuel system, called BlueGen . 

Developed with Australia’s CSIRO ( the government’s scientific research body), the heart of the BlueGen includes layers of ceramic cells that need to be positioned and layered within tolerances that would be impossible for a human to replicate.

Robotic Automation P/L partnered with the client and developed a vision-guided robotic solution featuring an economical 2D vision system and the Motoman HP6 (6kg payload) robot which features a repeatable positional accuracy within less than a tenth of a millimetre!
