Our display will be the biggest and best yet! We will utilise our compact RA-PAL palletising cell, fed by a conveyor from an HC10 Cobot setup for depalletising. Pallet transportation between the robots is performed by a compact MAXAGV fork over Automatic Guided Vehicle.

This compact palletising cell was designed and engineered for easy integration into tight spaces. The flexible module provides a cost effective and efficient upgrade path to improve the performance of existing manufacturing infrastructures. The RA-PAL can be easily deployed into existing environments as a single module or a multiple station setup and can always be further expanded if required.

AGV vs AMR
We will be demonstrating both an AGV and AMR at APPEX 2024 to show the pros and cons of each and how they both suit certain applications.
AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) come in many formats, and can be readily customised to suit specific applications. Enjoy the efficiency of a driverless, fully automatic pallet-handling forklift driving 24/7 on a pre-determined path at your site.
AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) are much the same but are often smaller variations and have the ability to deviate from the single path if required.
A Robopac pallet wrapping robot will also be on display demonstrating the use of an Australian made 100% compostable stretch wrap from Great Wrap.
